Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for unstitched fabric due to its perishable nature, except in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defect (e.g., printing flaw, material fault)

• Wrong item delivered

• Damaged during shipping

If eligible, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video as proof. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
